Sometimes our manufacturers will come into contact with such customers. When they hear that the main component of the filler masterbatch is calcium carbonate, they will immediately say: It is stone powder, which must not be used. After more contact, we summarize the reasons for some customers' reactions. Maybe the quality of the filler masterbatch in the customer's understanding is still at the level of one or two thousand, or they have tried it before, and the quality of the product may be seriously affected due to improper application. For such customers, sometimes there is no way to sell it anymore. Knowing that your filler is suitable for the customer's product, but the customer refuses to test it, and refuses to use it psychologically.

Another is that the cheaper the filler masterbatch, the more the cost can be reduced. This may be the case for some products that have almost no quality requirements, but most are not the same. The amount of filler masterbatch added is generally between 5 and 30%. For example, if a product adds 20%, a 2,000 yuan grade filler, not counting the proportion, the cost is 400 yuan. If a 3,000 grade is used, 30% may be added.Then calculate the 10% plastic price and deduct the filler price to know the price difference. Another situation is that you should try to use a slightly better filler. For example, with the same 10% addition, 2000 is 200, 2500 is 250, and the price difference of 1 ton of material is also 50 yuan. However, for fillers, the quality difference between 2,000 and 2,500 is a lot. The quality can be improved a lot with only a difference of 50 yuan, but there are very few customers who can calculate in this way.
